Due to the nature of our business arrangements with consignors, Style and Grace Consignment does NOT accept returns
All sales are final
Please be sure to review all photos and information about the item you are interested in prior to purchasing since we will not accept any returns for any reason. Feel free to contact us with any questions about an item prior to making your purchase.
FAQ
How much will I receive for my items?
For the first year, you (the consignor) will receive 60% of the selling price. After the first year, the consignor will receive 50% of the selling price.
What if my item doesn't sell?
We will initially attempt to sell your item for a 90-day period. If, at the end of the 90-day consignment period, your item(s) have not sold, you will be given 7 days to pick up your item(s) or have us donate them to the charity of your choice. We can also discuss whether to keep your item(s) in our consignment inventory for a longer consignment period.
What determines the price of my items?
Prices will be determined by Style and Grace Consignments after careful consideration. Prices are based on current trends, style, demand, condition, and uniqueness. We strive to give our consignors a fair return on their items while offering a great value to our shoppers.
When can I be paid?
You can be paid twice a month on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Balances less than $10 will be carried over to the next month. All credit can also be used for purchases with Style and Grace Consignments!
- Contact us to let us know what item(s) you'd like to consign and find out if we're currently accepting your item.
- We will follow up within 48 business hours to provide next steps or to let you know we will not be able to accept your item(s).
- We will attempt to sell your item(s) for 90 days. If your item has not sold within 90 days, we will contact you to provide options.
- If your item does sell within 90 days, we will contact you to discuss payment procedures and arrangements.
